Processing your perspective one emotion at a time

Stress.....we hear this word multiple times each day.
It's almost like we lose the true understanding of what it is, where it comes from and how it really impacts our life. We just roll with it, taking it on, allowing it to rule our lives at times, even priding ourselves for having it. It comes in so many forms. You have it from relationships, work, finances, or the "all other and everything else" category we have!

So over the next few messages, I want to talk through this, and start a conversation about how stress really works in your body and how stress is one of the biggest road blocks in a grounded mind, body, spirit connection. Then, to pull it together and apply it to your well-being, how does all of that affect your skin.

We'll have to start with some basics, I think. My nature is to organize and arrange so finding a way to bring this all together, when I have so much I'd love to discuss, is a bit overwhelming honestly.  So stay tuned as I work to create some interesting thinking points and formats for open conversation.
