New Year, New You

It's time to say goodbye to 2017.

For some, it is a welcome sayonara.

This year, seemed to be a difficult one for many of us. Whether it was a year full of financial hardship, learning how to establish boundaries, losing loved ones or figuring out who we want to be - life's lessons were abundant this year. Some experienced a year of joys and exciting news. Regardless of how the year went, for these lessons, I say, let's be grateful! To be here constantly learning is a great honor.

Each year, I take time to reflect on what worked or didn't work for me. Once I have a decent list, I am able to figure out what direction I want to take based on the bullet points. I always strive to make it a positive list. Instead of saying "I'm not going to eat Cheetos every day" I phrase it positively "I will choose healthier options more frequently".  Making sure to pick positive phrasing is very important. When we start with the simple step of positive phrasing, we set forth the positive energy to the task at hand making it much easier to accomplish that goal!

What does your year in review look like? What do you want to attract in 2018 when it comes to health, finances, family, purpose, etc? Take it another step - how are you going to actively get after those goals? What steps will you take to make this next year one you feel confident about?

With the new year upon us, I wanted to create a new service that encompasses all that I am able to do for my clients. I wanted to help people shed that negative baggage they've carried throughout the year, infuse their body with abundantly positive energy to go forth with a lightness, get the skin in the healthiest condition and send you on your way with an affirmation to keep you on the straight and narrow.

Here is the latest service announcement - you get to hear about it first!
Thursday I will be doing another VLOG with the NH Chamber (woot-woot!). Then I will be posting about it on Facebook as well. With December being booked (all but one opening on Dec 8th) now is a good time to start looking at you January schedules.

I have my January schedule posted online here:

The wine bottles are empty, the cheese platters are all gone and you’re looking 2018 in the face.  It’s time to shake off what is behind us and restore you with the radiance to take on what’s ahead of you this year.

The Refinery’s Renewal Treatment is a 90-minute service that includes all the bells and whistles The Refinery Esthetics Bar has to offer.

This service begins with custom blended aromatherapy and guided meditation. Gemstones and crystals are laid upon select chakras for full mind and body realignment.  An ultrasonic wave deep-cleanse thoroughly removes impurities while softening pores, a customized peel exfoliates and delivers overall radiance without irritation. Skin is infused with antioxidants that fight free radicals and clinical ingredients are pushed into the dermis with galvanic current.  The facial includes a “Five-Minute Facelift”, which is a non-invasive uplifting microcurrent treatment helping you discover toned, lifted and more youthful skin in just one treatment. LED therapy seals the deal aiming to brighten and even the skin tone, proliferate collagen protein and diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Your service ends with Reiki intuitive energy work and personal affirmation to help create positive thoughts for a positive year ahead.
The Refinery’s Renewal Treatment is normally $120, but during January this service is offered at $90

I will be working on creating a new blog email to be sent soon covering the topic of collagen.

The next few weeks will be busy for us all. So while I am in between mom-ing, working, holiday parties, wrapping gifts and writing emails....please know that I hope each and every one of you has the most magical, safe and loving holiday season. Be good to those you love and be even better to yourself.

{with gratitude}
