I could not be more excited about this next announcement...
Many of you know my story and relationship with fitness but for those who don't here's a short version. When I was living in Oshkosh following college I spent a lot of time working out. I didn't have the same drive to go to happy hour as often as the crowd and I found solace running on the treadmill. I had an amazing personal trainer that I met with 2-3 times a week and when I wasn't with her, I would be at the gym running, lifting weights and taking various classes. I love the feeling cardio brings me - call me an adrenaline junkie if you will. I love how strong my body becomes when I work out. Following the birth of our second daughter, I began taking TRX, spin cycle, and HIIT classes and once again felt more alive and strong than ever.
Now that I am just 6 weeks away from having a baby, I cannot tell you how much I am looking forward to getting my body back. I don't mean that in a vain way - but when you have 2 children climbing or sleeping on you and one growing in your belly you begin to feel a little not like yourself anymore or that your physical body no longer belongs to you alone.
Having this amazing opportunity right at our fingertips is going to be so freeing! To jump in and start the week off with a great group of gals, led by an amazing and supportive woman, getting our fit on together to build a strong community, a strong body and an even stronger self..... it's a dream come true and I hope you join us and whip it into shape!

I'm Caitlyn Westenberger born and raised in Stockbridge WI, currently living in Chilton WI.
I was pretty much born an athlete, it was just in my blood, playing 4 sports all through high school and taking on running afterward. There was something about runners that always made me super jealous because at the time I could barely run a mile. I challenged myself to a 5k and low and behold, since then have completed over 5 half marathons, endless relays, one full marathon and currently in training for an ultra marathon (I am a goal setter)!
Then life changed. I gave birth to my amazing son, Xander, and it really clicked. I saw how my mind, body, and soul changed. What did I do? I connected with a supportive group of woman with the same mindset as me. We wanted to educate, support, teach other women how important your health really is. I told myself "I'm not a failure"... and neither are you, so believe in your power to succeed.
Please take the word "I CAN'T" and put it out of your mind, and let it be the key that unlocks your potential to strive for the results you always wanted. I want to set goals together, educate you on healthy nutrition, give you the best fitness plan that suits your lifestyle - But mainly be there every step your journey. So let's get started!
Classes are on Sundays at 11:00 am and Mondays at 6:00 pm.
First class begins on Sunday, April 14th
My fitness classes will include:
- high intense cardio/core
- weighting lifting/ cardio
- Tabata/ circuit rotations
- a Facebook group that includes workouts for at home, meal prepping guides, recipes, water challenges, daily devotions/ inspiration, and mainly supportive woman!
-10 drop in fee
-30 dollars a month for one class a week
-40 dollars a month for two classes a week
-50 dollars 1 month unlimited -60 dollars punch card does not expire
