In the new studio space (opening January 1st) I am proud to be able to share we will have yoga classes offered throughout the week. We'll start with a few classes and build on that as interest is gained. I sure hope you can all meet me on the mat, sharing our practice together, beautifully imperfect, visiting with our soul while strengthening our bodies.
Calm. Connected. Consciousness.
Throughout the years of being an esthetician, following other spa professionals, I'd see them posting on social media about cold and flu season and thought "gosh that takes some gonads to be so forward with people!" But here I am, being the fun police and having to have the serious conversation myself. It goes without saying - I love you “to the moon and back” but not so much that I want your cold, flu, cold sores or other contagious items.
The new year brings a new schedule for appointment availability and the NEW yoga classes being held in the new studio!

hen we do open up to each other and share our realities, it is powerful and inspiring to witness the bond that communication creates. There are so many times clients and I have shared stories and parts of who we are and found so many commonalities. It makes you sit back at the end of the day and realize we are never alone. Connection creates community and without this only judgment and fear can reside.
I see people coming through the doors burdened and walking out the doors feeling lighter again. I see love, joy, and compassion being spread like wildfire. I see a yoga room full of sun saluters. I see people pushing their limits in a TRX class. I see people finally allowing themselves to shed pent-up tears. I see many people asleep on tables in their treatment rooms, haha!
